Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Lumicrys! We are committed to providing you with a delightful shopping experience and ensuring that every piece meets your expectations. This policy applies to all orders placed through the official Lumicrys website and covers order processing, shipping regions, delivery times, shipping fees, tracking, package issues, order modifications, and other related matters.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders:  Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • During Promotions or New Launches:  Processing time may be extended to 4–6 business days due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Custom Orders:  If your order includes custom-made items, processing may take 3–6 weeks. We will notify you of the estimated shipping date via email.

  • Stock Exceptions:  As each crystal is carefully hand-selected, some items may temporarily go out of stock. In such cases, processing may be extended by 5–8 business days. We’ll reach out promptly with updates or alternative solutions.

Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to most countries/regions. Delivery times (excluding processing time) are estimated as follows:

  • United States (main cities) / United Kingdom:  5–8 business days

  • Germany / France / Italy / Spain / Switzerland:  7–10 business days

  • Canada / Australia / New Zealand / Other European countries / Selected countries in the Middle East and Asia:  8–15 business days

  • Other Regions: If your address is not selectable at checkout, please contact us via email to confirm whether shipping is available, estimated delivery times, and any additional fees. Delivery to certain remote areas may take over 1 month.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we will notify you of any delays, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), parcel lockers, or certain remote areas.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be able to offer a refund. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping:  Orders over $67 USD qualify for free standard global shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Rate: To ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for customers around the world, we offer a flat shipping fee of $7.20 USD for all orders. This rate includes customs duties and import taxes—no hidden fees, no surprises at delivery.

Additional Information:

  • Free and standard shipping rates are only applicable to regions selectable at checkout. For all other locations, please contact us for confirmation on shipping availability and costs.
  • The above policy applies to orders weighing 1.5 kg or less. Heavier orders may incur an additional surcharge, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping fees may be adjusted based on exchange rates, logistics costs, or tax policy changes. Final charges will be shown on the checkout page.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package on the courier’s website.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update.
  • Due to logistical limitations in certain countries/regions or segmented shipping processes, tracking updates may be delayed. We’ll do our best to keep you informed and updated in case of any delivery issues.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please first contact your local delivery service for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or mishandling after delivery. Please double-check your address before placing the order.
  • If your package has not arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us or your local courier. We’ll gladly assist with the investigation.

Order Changes & Address Updates

  • We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee all requests will be successful. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
  • Once an order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
  • If you place multiple orders before shipment, we may combine them to reduce shipping costs and environmental impact. Custom items will generally be shipped together with other products. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

Returns & Shipping Fees

Kind reminders:

  • Do not refuse delivery of packages. For international orders, refused packages may not be returned to us, which may result in the loss of product and shipping fees. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the order.
  • Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

  • If your package is held by customs, we’ll contact you promptly and assist in resolving the issue as efficiently as possible.
